  3. What are the concrete benefits of yoga for cancer patients and survivors? Highlights of recent research on therapeutic benefits of specific yoga interventions.
  4. A brief review, demonstration and practice* of techniques used in the yoga4cancer (y4c) methodology to address treatment side effects and to improve health outcomes for cancer survivors.
